WESLACO – Unfortunately, this will be the ’Hounds’ last hurrah for 2013.
San Benito was eliminated from playoff contention last week thanks to PSJA High’s win over Weslaco, making Friday’s game at Weslaco the season finale.
The ’Hounds (3-6 overall, 3-4 district) were idle last week but had to watch the Bears stay hot with a win over the Panthers to clear up the 31-5A playoff picture.
